Enabling List collaboration

• For list creators, there weren't tools to limit access sensitive lists.
• For Bananatag, upsells were pending based on this feature request.

To empower users to share and unshare recipients lists.

I completed discovery research to understand when large and small lists were created, edited and used. Then, I used insights to propose a share flow for lists. I also validated it internally and iterated the solution, preparing it for handoff and contributing to release plans.

The first release of this feature included share controls, list sorting and management of unexpected behavior in scheduled emails and follow ups.

After the initial launch, 45% of new lists were actively shared after creation.

This project was shipped right before I went into maternity leave, so following improvements were owned on by another designer. Although not designing is hard, it's great to see fresh perspectives on solutions and it did increase my UX repertoire.
